Cancellation and Refund Policy
Your reservations are subject to the following cancellation and refund conditions:
Refund Conditions:
If the cancellation is made more than 48 hours before the reservation time, 90% of the payment will be refunded.
For cancellations made between 24-48 hours before the reservation time, 50% of the payment will be refunded.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the reservation are not allowed, and a no-show policy will apply.
Refund Process:
Refund requests will be processed, and payments will be made within 10 business days after the request.
