DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT
PARTIES
This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between the seller (“Seller”) with the information below and the buyer (“Buyer”) with the information below, based on the order given by the Buyer electronically through the Seller’s website (“Website”), in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law of the Republic of Turkey (“Law”) and the Distance Contracts Regulation (“Regulation”).

Buyer Information:
The buyer’s name, surname, address, phone, and email details provided in the order form on the Website are taken as the basis.
SUBJECT
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties concerning the sale and performance of the service (“Service”) whose characteristics and sale price are specified below, which the Buyer ordered through the Seller’s Website.
SERVICE CHARACTERISTICS AND PRICE
The type, characteristics, total amount, and payment details of the service subject to the order are stated in the Buyer’s order form. The service includes transfers or other related services selected and confirmed by the Buyer through the Website.
PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
4.1. The Buyer pays the service fee using a credit card, bank card, or other specified payment methods through the Website.
4.2. The service will be delivered within the date and time range chosen by the Buyer.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
5.1. The Buyer may use the right of withdrawal within 14 days before the service is delivered. However, the right of withdrawal cannot be used less than 48 hours before the service is provided.
5.2. In the case of using the right of withdrawal, the Buyer is subject to the following cancellation and refund policy:
Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the service: 75% refund of the payment.
Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before the service: 50% refund of the payment.
No cancellation can be made within 24 hours of the service (no-show applies).
GENERAL TERMS
6.1. The Buyer states that they have read, understood, and electronically approved the information regarding the basic characteristics of the service, its sale price, and the payment method.
6.2. If the Seller is unable to perform the service for justified reasons, they will immediately notify the Buyer and refund any amounts paid.
6.3. In the event of a dispute arising from this Agreement, Turkish law shall apply, and Consumer Arbitration Boards and Turkish Courts shall have jurisdiction.
ENTRY INTO FORCE
This Agreement enters into force when approved by the Buyer electronically.
